This study breaks through the limitations of the previous study on individual jobs,and introduces the research hotspot of organizational management theory,the concept of shared mental model into metro human safety management.It is considered that the drivers,controllers and station clerks,focusing on the relationship between safety shared mental and safety performance.The paper collects the items based on the literature search and on-the-spot investigation and research methods,and develops the safety shared mental model questionnaire of the key personnel in the subway through the small sample test,the questionnaire revision.And through structure inspection,determine the four-dimensional structure of security shared mental model for key positions in subway,namely:safety values,inter-employee understanding,safety communication model and safety knowledge and skills.According to Griffin and Neal's safety performance model,a safety performance questionnaire was prepared and verified Its two-dimensional structure,which comply with the safety compliance and safety participation behavior.The variance analysis of the security shared mental model by different demographic variables concluded that the working years and the experience o have significant effect on the security shared mental model.Age and education only have respectively significant influence on safety values and knowledge skills dimensions.The correlation analysis and regression analysis concluded that the three dimensions of safety values,inter-employee understanding and safety knowledge and skills in the security shared mental model have a positive predictive value for safety compliance behavior.Safety shared mental models have a positive predictive effect on the safety participation behavior.Finally,according to the results of research,some suggestions are put forward at the individual and organizational level on building safety shared mental model of key staffs in order to improve safety performance,ensuring the safe operation of the subway.
