Acoustics Doppler velocity and sounding equipment are widely used in underwater acoustics navigation system.High accuracy underwater acoustics navigation technology is a key skill to safeguard underwater vehicles work safety,which will be mostly used in the future.Doppler velocity is an important acoustic velocity measurement device based on the Doppler effect to calculate the velocity vector of the carrier.The sounder uses the time difference of the echo signal to calculate the depth of the ocean floor.At present,most of the Doppler log and depth finder are operated as two independent systems,not only inconvenient installation,but also occupies large space.In this paper,the Doppler log and the depth sounder are integrated into a device,not only implement the integration of echo velocity measurement,but also convenient equipment installation.In this paper,the principle of Doppler and depth sounder are introduced,and the development situation of the instrument is introduced.According to the working environment,the parameters of the transmitter and receiver are demonstrated.According to the parameter,the transmitter and the receiver circuit were designed.The hardware design of the transmitting circuit mainly includes the design and realization of the signal conditioning circuit,the driving circuit,the power amplifier circuit and the transformer.In order to reduce the high frequency crosstalk and spikes of the transmitted waveforms,an accelerated capacitor and an absorption circuit are designed.In order to improve the efficiency of the transmitter,to achieve a better match between the transmitter and the high-frequency transducer,the use of inductive series matching to verify the matching effect.Receiving circuit hardware design includes fixed gain amplification,controllable gain amplification,filter and optocoupler isolation circuit.In order to meet the receiver high frequency reception and multi-channel consistency requirements,in the circuit design to take full account of the filter circuit form,gain requirements and component layout and other issues.The digital circuit is done by three C6000 series DSPs and one CPLD architecture.DSP is responsible for echo signal acquisition and processing,CPLD is responsible for generating synchronous work cycle,the serial communication chip control and other functions.Finally,the assembly box of the integrated system of velocity measurement and design is designed and assembled.The whole hardware system is assembled and assembled.The test results are analyzed in the pool,which indicates that the designed hardware system is stable and meets the design requirements.
