The Liquid Cargo Terminal(Wharf) And The Matching Of Ship Research

Along with the cargo trade growth and the rapid development of the liquid cargo ship transport,our country in cargo trade and the development of the liquid cargo ship transport is also very quickly.In order to ensure the safety of the liquid cargo ship on the wharf,the smooth completion of cargo transportation and the safety of ship during berthed at terminal port,ship and shore both sides need to be familiar with liquid cargo loading and discharging process,a good grasp of ship shore interface matching condition.This research solve the main problem is getting the liquid cargo transmission terminal(wharf),hydrology and meteorology,channel condition,wind sea condition,transmission loading and unloading equipment,terminal(wharf)specification and other basic information and corresponding cargo ship condition,vessel,ship equipment and transmission field auxiliary information such as the tug,KPI(Key Performance Indication)method is applied to determine index system for the operation safety matching analysis,Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the KPI weighting factor of each link,and then Fuzzy evaluation method is applied to build mathematical model to terminal(wharf)and ship matching degree of qualitative analysis,to the ship and shore joint operations managers and operators to provide safety and pollution prevention are suggested and work instruction.
