Research On The Competitiveness Of T Port Y Company General Cargo Wharf

With the rapid development of the global economy,the trade of all countries in the world is more and more frequent.As an important node of the world logistics,the port has an important position in all countries and regions.In recent years,the rapid development of domestic port and the strategy of "The Belt and Road",making the port as an important access to "maritime Silk Road",plays a vanguard role,which provides more development space for the port,it also brings more challenges to the port.More and more ports are developing towards the world-class port and international shipping center,and the competition will become more intense in the future.Nowadays,the factors of port competition are diversified,so the decision-makers of the port must explore the factors that affect their own competitiveness,so as to analyze the competitive strategies suitable for the development of their own ports.T port Y company general cargo wharf is on behalf of the domestic traditional grocery handling operation of enterprises.With the rapid development of the neighboring ports,the competition is getting more and more intense between adjacent ports.In order to improve the competitiveness of the port,the main factors that affect its competitiveness are found,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper firstly studies a large number of documents related to the competitiveness of the port,and understands the basic theory and definition of port competitiveness.Secondly,on the basis of port competitiveness theory,the paper analyzes the main factors that affect T port Y company general cargo wharf.and compares with other main competitors.Thirdly,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods of port competitiveness,AHP and fuzzy evaluation method are combined to evaluate the port competitiveness.On the basis of the AHP-fuzzy evaluation method,the port set up the corresponding index system,including 5 first grade index and 19 two grade index.Combining qualitative index and quantitative index,the competitive level of the T port Y Company general cargo wharf is "good".Finally,according to the result analysis,we put forward the corresponding strategies to improve the competitiveness.
