| As the world’s countries and regions trade cooperation is increasingly close,the development trend of economic globalization and regional economic integration is increasingly outstanding,moreover because of the great "electricity" in recent 10 years development,the international trade is promoted.At present,in the process of international trade cargo transportation,the container ocean transportation has become one of the most important means of transportation in international trade and logistics.The rapid development of container transportation industry has promoted the development of container ports.In 2016,the establishment of a series of consolidation and new alliances has also enhanced competition between container terminals as well as improved market improvement.Due to shipping market downturn and ship company integration,the competitions between ports group put forward the higher requirement for some aspects,such as container terminal operation optimization and so on.Improving the port operational through capacity of pier will guarantee the core competence of pier,and attract more ships.The paper based on existing results at home and abroad,firstly the paper introduces the concept of container and the container ship,then expounds the basic theory of port through capacity in detail,including basic concept of port through capacity,port through capacity system structure model and main influence factors;then introduces the development status of Tianjin port and TECT container terminal,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of TECT container terminal and its opportunities and challenges by SWOT;and applying AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate TECT container terminal operational through capacity and the evaluation results is in the "medium" level,and determine the important factors are social environment and port infrastructure;finally,based on the SWOT analysis and the results of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,puts forward measures to promote the terminal operational through capacity from the social environment and port infrastructure,service level and terminal low carbon green development,and then promoting the competitiveness of the terminal. |
