TECT Gate Capacity Research

The port is an important infrastructure of national economic and social development in China,in the process of global economic integration,the port and shipping has become an important link to promote economic and cultural exchanges,plays an important role in the economy of every country.Since the beginning of the last century,China's container terminal developed rapidly in 80s.In the first half of 2017,China ranked 7 among the top ten ports in the world in container throughput.With the rapid development of container throughput,collecting box and road to the yard gate pressure is also increasing.Because of the particularity of external container trucks arrival time uncertainty and the related work,which improve the internal efficiency of the port gate become obstacles,how to effectively improve the container port gate through ability.Tianjin Port Eurasia international container terminal,Tianjin port is referred to as TECT,a storage,warehousing and container handling operations as the main business of professional container terminal,the intersection is located in Beijing and Tianjin city zone and the Bohai economic circle,Tianjin port is located in the west of the pool,and Union international terminal adjacent inland,the vast hinterland convenient transportation.At present,in order to improve the TECT gate capacity has taken some measures,but there are still outside the gate Trailer queuing phenomenon,how to further improve the gate capacity,and then increase the port's port has become the focus of attention by ability.This paper uses the method of queuing theory,in-depth analysis of the gate through the influence factor of ability,the model parameters were calculated by using one sample K-S test,the establishment of TECT gate queuing model.The in-depth analysis of queuing model,and analyze the sensitivity of queuing system parameters,the sensitivity to identify the factors affecting the gate of the queuing system.According to the above analysis,combined with domestic and international container terminal operation practice,in order to improve the TECT gate capacity are proposed.
