In the rapid development of today's society,under the situation of global integration,China's economic development trend is more vigorous,high-rise buildings in urban construction has gradually replaced multi-storey buildings,gradually become the backbone of urban construction forces.Among many architectural forms,the common application structure of high-rise office building is frame-shear wall structure,because it can make the frame part and shear wall part together for the structure work,can greatly enhance the seismic performance of the structure.The structure has the following advantages:(1)part of the framework of the building layout is flexible,able to form a larger space,but the drawback is not big enough resistance to resist horizontal load capacity,and resistance in the horizontal load,the shear wall part can just make up for this deficiency in part of the framework of resistance the level of force shortcomings;(2)the shear horizontal load produced on the structure,most of the horizontal seismic force to resist the shear wall,which can bottom frame column section is not bound to do too much,can save the space;(3)and the frame structure play only a small part of the level of resistance the earthquake and the earthquake can be seen in the leading role,frame-shear wall structure in play;(4)because of the horizontal seismic force and wind load,the The horizontal load is resisted by the shear wall and the frame part,and the stability of the structure is greatly improved.The frame part plays the role of second lines of defense in the resistance level action,which shows that the structure has excellent seismic performance.Therefore,in the high-rise building frame-shear wall structure is widely used.In this paper,taking the main building of an administrative office building of a university in Hefei city as an example,the author uses the frame shear wall structure to do the research work in the following aspects:(1)Know of the characteristics of the high-rise building,a brief introduction of the development of China's construction in recent decades,and the collection of related documents and frame-shear wall structure,but also need to stress the characteristics and developing trend of high-rise buildings have a certain cognitive.(2)For the seismic analysis of frame-shear wall structure under frequent earthquake,the paper uses SATWE program to analyze the structure,reaction mode decomposition,obtained by the analysis of data,the seismic performance parameters calculated in elastic seismic structures in accordance with the specification limits,can meet the structure of "small earthquake fortification target not bad".(3)For seismic analysis under rare earthquake frame-shear wall structure,through the PUSH program of the frame-shear structure pushover calculation,the mechanical properties of the structure,to identify the existence of weak layer deformation of building structure,the performance is in accordance with the specification requirements,and do some reinforcement measures.Then the static elastic-plastic analysis of the structure is carried out to judge whether the index parameters of the component meet the requirements of the specifications and performance objectives,and the evaluation results are evaluated.The results show that the structure has a reasonable arrangement of two lines of defense,which can guarantee the target of "large earthquake does not fall".It shows that the structure has good anti collapse and deformation ability under rare earthquakes.
