With the rapid development of the social economy, the structure of the high-rise building has been developed, and it has become more and more. The structural system is different, the stress and deformation characteristics are different, and the lateral stiffness of the structure is not the same. Frame shear wall structure system, can realize the size of the room, flexible layout, structure and lateral stiffness can be guaranteed. The structural system has two seismic line, good mechanical characteristics, more and more widely employed in modern buildings.In this paper, an apartment building project in Dalian city as an example, the structure of the structural modeling. In the preliminary design, the layout of the vertical component is: the inner cylinder is arranged with the shear wall. Because of the large inner cylinder, the outer frame and the inner tube are connected to the thick plate, which lead to less lateral stiffness of the structure. Due to the torsional stiffness of the structure is weak, resulting in the formation of premature structural torsion, torsional displacement ratio is too large, overrun. The design of the components to optimize the layout, increase the anti lateral force components and other measures to solve.In view of the case of frame shear wall structure, the calculation of multi case seismic response spectrum and elastic dynamic time history analysis is carried out. In the case of multiple earthquake, the overall performance of the structure is summarized, and the control requirement of the elastic time history analysis is expounded. Under the action of rare earthquake, the elastic-plastic time history analysis is carried out, and the dynamic characteristics of the structure are determined. By analyzing the change of the floor displacement angle, it is determined whether there is a weak layer in the structure. Through the analysis of the component damage, the weak parts of the structural members are analyzed. Some strengthening measures are taken in the design.In this paper, the frame shear wall high-rise structure analysis and research, designed to provide a basis for the design, and for the future analysis of the work to lay a good foundation.
