| Mountain structure refers to the grounding structure that is supported by foundations withdifferent horizontal levels and the structure below the highest place connecting the ground isarranged by storey height. The specialities of this kind of buildings cannot be neglected inseismic analysis and application. Different structure response besides the same response appearsunder different degrees of earthquake actions which leads the foundation of mechanicalbehavior and seismic performance of frame-shear wall structure and frame-tube structure onslope. This paper uses ABAQUS to build the finite-element modle in order to proceedthe elastic-plastic time-history dynamic analysis of the frame-shear wall structure and theframe-tube structure on slope. Main content of this paper:first, the effect of which thenumber of slope stories and spans changes on mechanical behavior and seismicperformance of the frame-shear wall structure on slope; second, the influence of whichthe number of slope stories and the location of the tube change on mechanical behaviorand seismic performance of the frame-tube structure on slope. Conclusions as follows:①The story connecting to the top ground of slope structure is easy to be weakstory; the structural members connecting to the ground within the story are weak. Therefore, it is advised that adjusting the stiffness ratio of the story connecting to thetop ground reasonably.②Compared with small earthquake, the increase of top displacement, story driftand inter-story displacement angle is larger than that of ground motion while theincrease of base shear and floor shear is smaller than that of ground motion under largeearthquake and especially large earthquake actions.③The overall performance is good when the tube is constrained to the bottomground. The disadvantage that the mechanical behavior of frame-column becomes badand the shear-wall with good lateral stiffness cannot help can be improved by applyingthe method that the columns connecting to the top ground use sliding supports. Therefore, it is advised that the tube should be constrained to the bottom ground and theframe-columns connecting to the top ground use sliding supports. |
