In recent years, frequent earthquake disasters make people realize the importance of structure behavior analysis after entering elastic-plastic phase,but the current frame-shear wall structure analysis and design are generally under the action of minor earthquakes based on the design of the elastic properties, it does not take care of the structural seismic performance when structure gets in the state of elastic-plastic and shear wall structure stiffness degradation. With different stiffness characteristic value 0.95、2.2、3.4,three frame-shear wall structures are successively analyzed when they are in the stage of elastic、static elastoplastic and dynamic elastoplastic.Through the above analysis obtain the following conclusion:(1)Elastic analysis, With different stiffness characteristic value 0.95、2.2、3.4, the top floor displacement and the interlayer displacement have been rised, the proportion of interlaminar shear with framework have been increased under the same earthquake loading.Change the upper stiffness characteristic value in concise high-rise reinforced concrete structure design manual 2.4 to 2.2 will be more conform the typical frame shear wall.(2)Elastic-plastic analysis, With different stiffness characteristic value 0.95、2.2、3.4, the spectrum displacement and the top floor displacement of structure performance point have been rised,but they all meet the requirements of displacement permissible value. In addition, from the order of plastic hinge appearance and the state of plastic hinge,this structure satisfies the requirement of the conceptual design of multi-channel line.(3)Time history analysis, With different stiffness characteristic value 0.95、2.2、3.4, under the same earthquake loading,the top floor displacement and the interlayer displacement angle have been rised. under the medium and the strong earthquakes,the structure get in the stage of elastic-plastic and the base shear first decreases, With different stiffness characteristic value 0.95、2.2、3.4, the proportion of base shear with framework also have been increased, but the increase amplitude is larger.
