Bridges built between the 40 s and 80 s of the 20 th century up until now have been outgrown by their useful life and due to their long history of use,there are now some unsafe factors in these bridges.For the rapidly developing traffic,The demand of vehicles for bridges is also relatively higher than before,and these long-term bridges can no longer meet the transportation needs of bridges nowadays.If all of these bridges are to be rebuilt,they will require considerably more funding.Not only that,some bridges also have some historical significance.Therefore,the reinforcement and reinforcement of the bridge should be of great significance.The gradual deterioration of the function of using bridges and the deteriorating use status are the hot issues that the researchers all over the world have focused on.First of all,the bridge reinforcement and assessment can truly evaluate the state of the bearing capacity of the structure,then it can provide the necessary basis for subsequent use and maintenance of the bridge.Collect relevant information on the reinforcement of the bridge to provide data support for the later bridge reinforcement.Quality reinforcement is also the test of the current structural design theory and design specifications,which is conducive to improving the new theory of bridge structure design.Bridge reinforcement can make full use of the remaining value of existing bridges,extend its useful life,make it continue to play its role,generating economic benefits,the national economy is of great significance.In this paper,a small box girder with prestressed concrete is taken as an example,the bridge is reinforced by simulation and load tests.From the strengthening of the bridge's purpose,the contents of reinforcement,reinforcement methods,load test determination,strengthening the results of assessment and other aspects of a comprehensive introduction to the bridge reinforcement technology.Analysis of the impact of horizontal reinforcement on the old bridge.From the perspective of load test,the bearing capacity of the bridge is tested.Finally,the technical condition of the bridge was comprehensively evaluated from the results of reinforcement of the appearance of the bridge and the load test results.In this paper,a continuous box girder bridge is taken as an example to introduce the working procedure and contents of the transverse reinforcement of the bridge in an all-round way.The transverse reinforcement technology of the H-beam is introduced emphatically to illustrate the stress,strain and settlement of the H-Value and other aspects of the impact.And then calculated by the relevant theory of horizontal reinforcement of small H-beam reinforcement of the main beam,the vertical stiffness of the force less affected,but the horizontal stiffness has increased.It is suggested to increase the H-type stiffness and optimize the reinforcement scheme so as to achieve the goal of further improving the lateral contact stiffness of the 30 m box girder.The research content of this paper can be used for future bridge reinforcement and bridge reinforcement reference.
