| At present,more and more different types of Bridges are built and put into operation,becoming an indispensable part of the national transportation network.A bridge is in operational service state,with the passage of operation time,in addition to its material performance degradation,also because of repeated under vehicle load,the influence of the external environment corrosion and other force majeure factors,lead to the girder bridge structure cracks and the cross center down-warping affect security and durability of bridge structure disease problem,bring hidden trouble to the bridge safe passage.Through the scientific detection of the bridge diseases found in time,taking targeted reinforcement measures can effectively improve the carrying capacity of the bridge,improve the performance of the bridge structure,eliminate safety risks.In this paper,aiming at the disease of a continuous rigid frame bridge in Yunnan province,the reinforcement scheme for the adding additional pier in the midspan cross is adopted to strengthen it,and the reinforcement effect of the reinforcement method is studied.Through finite element numerical simulation calculation analyzes the bridge reinforcement before and after the stress state and check its carrying capacity,analyze the impact of the span of bridge stress,the stress(strain)and load test research,compare the stress reserve of the continuous rigid bridge,comprehensive analysis of the reinforcement effect of the span.Through the monitoring and measurement of the reinforcement construction process of the bridge,and comparing the corresponding parameters before and after the reinforcement,the reinforcement project’s construction control is good and the construction quality is better.After the reinforcement construction of the bridge structure,different parts of the bridge superstructure have obtained a certain compressive stress reserve,and the vertical cracking in the original superstructure span and the continuous scratching in the middle span are effectively suppressed.Still load test results after the bridge reinforcement,the bridge superstructure stress check coefficient and deflection check coefficient meet the requirements of the specification,dynamic load test and vibration mode test results reinforce the stiffness of the bridge structure,after strengthening the bridge performance meet the requirements of the current specification,further verify the effectiveness of reinforcement scheme for the adding additional pier in the midspan cross. |
