With the rapid development of nuclear power,the production capacity of uranium enrichment is expanding rapidly.The product collection system of the centrifuge cascade plays an important role in the enrichment plant.As the previous obsolescent extraction technology seriously restricts the development in this field,product collecting breakthrough is needed imminently.Through the research on the pressured and air-cooled product collection process and product purge and the 740L container collection,this thesis aims to propose the way to achieve optimized product collection process,simplified,cost effective,safe and reliable process by the uses of pressured and air-cooled product collection in uranium enrichment projects.The research results can be concluded as follow:?1?Research on the of the gas-pressurized and air-cooled collection technology.Proper selection of gas-pressurized devices,air-cooled cabinets and small copious-cooled trap was finished based on years of research in the field operation according to our research targets.?2?Research on the of product collection technology.Firstly,function tests of gas-pressurized device and air-cooled cabinet were both finished,through which,air-cooled cabinet is proved to be theoretically valid and its gas pressurized device matches were proposed.Research proves new devices collect product better in the cautious and low pressure condition.Secondly,on the basis of the tests,50L trap was used to replace traditional containers for product purge and emergency collection.Functions of the 50L trap is competent in the product process and more cost effective.Product purge process was optimized.Appling bipolar freezer effectively decreases the congealing container inlet pressure and freezes most UF6 in the purge process,which promises better separation of UF6 and HF,and facilitates purge as well.Lastly,we analyze the 740L product collecting container that has gradually been a development tendency of product collecting container in China's uranium enrichment plants.
