The transport of container goods is a modern way of transporting goods by container as a transport unit.Its greatest success lies in the standardized carrier and the whole set of transportation system established by it.The development of multimodal transport has put forward higher requirements for the transportation of container goods.With the development of cross-border electricity providers,there are more and more orders for small batches and quantities the proportion of LCL keeps rising while the profit of LCL is very sensitive to the volume utilization rate and speed of LCL.There are still many problems in China’s container intermodal transport,and there is still a big gap between China and developed countries.The main problems are the lack of product packaging standard size series matching with containers,and there is no effective algorithm software to support efficient consolidation services.Only rely on the experience of loading and unloading workers to complete the LCL business.In the past,most companies only concerned about product packaging from the aspects of protecting internal products,facilitating manual handling,and saving packaging materials.But the correlation with delivery vehicles was not high.However,with the continuous improvement of automation of loading and unloading tools,the coordination between product packaging dimensions and loading and unloading tools becomes more important.During the packing process,the product packaging dimensions are different and the products cannot reach the yard or dock at the same time.The optimal packing scheme cannot be achieved.It will increase unnecessary loading and unloading operations and increase the difficulty of the consolidation business.The general LCL problem is a typical NP-hard problem.In this paper,we improve the LCL utilization rate through the standardization of product packaging while increasing the LCL speed.First of all,this paper formulates the reasonable transport packaging standards and the standard specifications,then the simulation box experiment is carried out on the package size of the transportation products.Finally,according to the experimental results,it is concluded that the packaging standardization can improve the volume utilization ratio of the container.
