| Since 2009,GXPC gas station number from 100 seats to 500 at present,more than 300 seats in the new gas station construction projects were analyzed and summarized after we found that in recent years to carry out part of the gas station construction projects are lagging behind the progress of the phenomenon,which caused by the time later than expected investment the opening time of gas station.Project construction and investment delay not only resulted in the increase of investment in the construction stage,but also caused indirect business losses due to the late investment time.This paper takes the BS company YJ gas station construction project as the research object,using literature research method,case analysis,interviews and other methods of YJ gas station construction project schedule management research,using the S curve method,the Gantt chart and other management tools for the construction project are analyzed,and the relevant experts through in-depth the construction project construction site inspection,discovered the existence of schedule control is not strong,the lack of effective quality supervision system,construction organization is not in place,project risk identification is not in place and other unfavorable factors related to the project,and then made the project schedule delays.In order to solve the above problems,to speed up the progress of the construction project of YJ gas station,this paper deeply discusses the analysis of the related problems of YJ gas station project construction schedule management exists,for each negative factors and puts forward solutions and suggestions,expect the will and control solution of the above problem,to speed up the construction progress of the project,and to ease the current in the NP County gas station outlets development insufficient number of constraints,improve the gas station network layout,increase the competitive ability of BS company in the local area,to ensure market supply,improve the economic and political benefits. |
