Abstract/Summary:
The urban population is increasing,and the scale of the city is expanding,which greatly accelerates the process of Metro Construction in large cities in China.Compared with the traditional mining method,shield tunneling method is widely used in the process of urban subway construction because of its fast tunneling speed,low noise and no impact on ground traffic and facilities.However,due to the variability of the construction environment and the complexity of the shield construction technology,there are many potential safety hazards and accidents in the process of subway shield construction.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety risk management of shield construction of subway tunnel.Firstly,this paper introduces research progress of metro engineering risk at home and abroad as well as the related risk management theory,and summarizes the purpose and significance of the shield construction risk research of Qingdao Metro Line 1.Secondly,according to the unique construction environment of Qingdao Metro Line 1 and the characteristics of shield construction technology,this paper identifies the safety risk factors of shield construction by WBS-RBS analysis method,and forms the safety risk list of Qingdao Metro Line 1 shield construction.Thirdly,the risk factors of shield tunneling construction in Qingdao Metro Line 1are qualitatively assessed by investigating expert method and risk matrix method.On this basis,the major risk factors assessed by risk matrix method are weighted by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and quantitatively assessed.The risk factors of shield construction of Qingdao Metro Line 1 are evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively.Finally,from seven aspects of tunnel construction,hydrogeology,climate,surrounding environment,organization and management,personnel and equipment,specific technical measures are formulated to deal with major risks in the shield construction process of Qingdao Metro Line 1,which can provide reference for the construction safety risk management research of similar projects in China.
