POE (Post-Occupancy Evaluation) Research On Park Green Space Based On Sponge City Concept Design

In the process of comprehensively promoting the construction of sponge city in China,the park green space designed based on the concept of sponge city,as an important sponge carrier,is also in full swing in various places.After the completion of such parks,it is bound to have the dual functions of park ecology,landscape,recreation function and sponge rain and flood management.In order to explore the function of this kind of park after its completion,we can collect information,analyze and evaluate the use of the completed project through post-use evaluation,and then apply the results to the operation,improvement and design of similar projects.Starting from the post-use evaluation of sponge-type park green space with dual functions,this paper comprehensively applies six research methods,including literature research,field investigation,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,comparative evaluation method and summary,and explores the post-use evaluation system suitable for sponge-type park green space based on the related theories of sponge city and post-use evaluation,and takes Moon Lake Park in Gui ’an New District as a case study.The main research contents of this paper include three aspects.Firstly,the related concepts and theories are combed,it also analyzes the necessity and feasibility of planning,design and post-use evaluation of sponge park green space.Then,according to the sponge park green space,determine its post-use evaluation orientation,evaluation methods and how to select evaluation indicators,and construct an integrated two-method evaluation system that includes both satisfaction evaluation of tourists’ use and evaluation of sponge technical indicators.Finally,a case study on the post-use evaluation of Moon Lake Park is carried out,and the evaluation results are comprehensively studied and analyzed.In the evaluation system of "one body and two methods",the evaluation index of tourists’ satisfaction is selected through expert questionnaire,and then the analytic hierarchy process model is formed,and the evaluation result is obtained by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which mainly reflects the advantages and disadvantages of sponge park in exerting its ecological,landscape and recreational functions.The evaluation index of reaching the standard is taken from the evaluation index system of sponge city construction in Gui’an New District.By using the index comparison evaluation method,the difference between the measured index value and the standard value of the park is compared and analyzed,reflecting the advantages and disadvantages of sponge facilities.Through comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results of Moon Lake Park,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies for the sponge city design strategy,sponge facilities application and management promotion of Moon Lake Park,so as to make the design of this kind of park more perfect and the management more reasonable.
