| Over the past decade,China’s LNG industry has begun to rise and been developing rapidly in the context of national energy strategy,and provides a reliable guarantee for industrial manufacture and people’s daily life.As an enterprise which deals with hazardous chemicals,LNG terminal’s safety management is very important.Among all the operations in LNG terminal,LNG unloading is the most complicated,thus the risk prevention and control is the most significant.However,related research is rare.Based on the Trilogy of Risk Management,this paper establishes the risk management system for field operations of Y-LNG terminal,which formulates the process of risk prevention and control,and uses it to study the risk management of LNG unloading.Firstly,risks would been identified by Job Safty Analysis,which is combined with brainstorming and field observation.Secondly,evaluate the hazards by risk matrix and choose the ones need to be controlled by ranked list.Finally,trace the elementary events of hazards by Fault Tree Analysis,and formulate comprehensive and targeted control measures.The practice of LNG unloading shows that the method of risk management is effective,and the risk management system is appropriate for field operations.The conclusion of this paper is helpful to the same type enterprises in China,especially to the newly established ones. |
