At present,the single interface communication mode has been used in system testing for semi-physical simulation.However,in the field of weaponry production,the communication systems in the same weapon system model are extremely diverse,including RS-232,RS-422,RS-485,special differential signals and so on.Single simulation test device can't meet the requirements of testing multiple signals for the whole system.In this thesis,a simulator host with multiple kinds of signals is developed,based on consulting documents,experience in production test,and considering test requirements.The simulator host is used for simulating communication protocol model and fault condition model in four equipments which are Antenna,Power generator,Accusation center and Decoy transmitter decoy.The main tasks are as following:(1)Determining the communication interface of the signal simulator host,based on the analysis of communication modes and protocols of four equipments.Completing set up the main structure of signal simulator,designing the interconnection and division of the functional modules according to the test environment of the Decoy subsystem.(2)Setting up the peripheral bridge circuit,bus circuit and general computer interface circuit and using COM-E module as the core.Implementing the design of CPCI motherboard and the production of simulation host.(3)Using FPGA chip Cyclone EPIC3T144 as the core.Realizing the hardware design of communication expansion module in the signal simulator host through.The module implements serial asynchronous UART communication protocol,serial synchronous HDLC communication protocol and serial / parallel conversion communication protocol.(4)Implementing the design of the command input module and control module with ATmega1280 as the core.Integrating the control command and the fault status command on the keys of the module,Standard RS232 serial communication is used between command input module and host upper level software.(5)Using Visual C++ to implement the design of host upper level software.In the end,according to the prototype testing result,the host of signal simulator can simulate the command and parameter of four equipments.In the absence of the above-mentioned four equipments,the whole Decoy subsystem can be tested.Meanwhile,the signal simulator host covers most of the communication modes in the current weapon system.The communication expansion module can not only simulate the communication protocol of the above four equipments,but also have high expansibility by changing software design and simulating other commands and communication protocols.It plays an important role in the early stage of system response testing of weapon equipment.
