The traditional capability evaluation of penetration fuze is researched by ball cartridge target practice test, the method is able to reflect the action effect of fuze. But, the actual external surroundings of fuze application is different in thousands ways, it is difficult to evaluate the integrative capability of the hard target penetration fuze by single ball cartridge target practice test. So, a method of hardware in the loop simulation test of hard target penetration fuze using computer has been catching more and more attention. This paper makes researches on the hardt arget penetrator fuze simulation testing system signal simulator. And this research is on the basis of the technology of digital fuze.The signal simulator of this paper is based on PCI-bus technology. The PCI-bus protocol is intricacy and it is hard to design the appropriate digital logic interface circuit for PCI. After contrast the interface schemes, the paper chooses PCI9054 to design the interface circuit based on PCI-bus.After repeated testing and debugging,the interface circuit is approved rational,it can complete the data transmission and implement the interface between the peripheral equipment and PCI bus successfully.This paper adopts FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) as the system control center, and the FIFO (First in First out) memory is designed using FPGA inner EAB (Embedded Array Blocks) .Meanwhile, the paper designes the D/A conversion circuit, and uses specialized tool PROTEL DXP to drawn hardware circuit design schematics and PCB map, gives the reason analysis and solving method to the problem arisen in debugging process.In the part of drive development, this paper discusses WDM model-driven development process.
