The most intuitive response automobile ride comfort is seat comfort.Choose a comfortable seat,light,energy saving,environmental protection,become the most important indicator to improve the vehicle comfort.Therefore,in the guarantee the seat comfort but also reduce the weight of the car seat,for many auto makers pursuit of common goals.ln this paper,based on this purpose,a 6800010-type H6 car seats,for example,in order to safeguard the safety and reduce the seat comfort,manufacturing costs,reduce manufacturing process under the premise of using the seat finite element analysis,the vehicle ride comfort test,AoChi A2 truck driver seat for lightweight and comfortable design improvements.This paper through the comfort of the vehicle test to IS02631 for evaluation theory basis,the 6800010-type H6 car seat comfort made evaluation.Using CATIA software established 6800010-H6 CAD geometric model of car seats,and combined with the finite element method to analysis the seat the process of establishing the finite element model,then using the finite element software HyperMesh pre-treatment,established the chi A2 type truck 6800010-H6 finite element model of car seat frame assembly.Car seat safety regulations in our country and the corresponding national standard,under the guidance of using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to seat frame assembly model,the seat backrest framework model and the headrest model has carried on the simulation analysis of static characteristics.Through all parts of the seat is optimized,determine the size of every parts and components,and make the seat of CAD model after optimization.Respectively in 530 nm on the optimized model and simulation analysis was made on 20 times gravity,according to the calculation results can be seen after optimization of the various components of the stress within the scope of the industrial safety licensing,quality of the whole seat to reduce by 10.3%.To the man-machine interface,static comfort of a seat and dynamic comfort was analyzed,and the combination of GB 14774-1993 recommended work seat main reference for seat backrest,cushion is optimized.Finally,the improved automobile seat comfort experiment was carried out,to improve the results.
