Sedan Car Seat Developing Based On Ergonomics

Along with the improvement of people's living standard,travel are becoming more demanding.Cars have gradually become the people daily travel transport,car seat is the key components which directly related to the vehicle driving security and comfort.One of the most important factor for its safe driving is that whether the car driver has a comfortable sitting position and a healthy driving environment or not,due to the car driver has a long time sitting in the car seat.The article mainly include the following parts: Firstly analysis human body physiology structure and parameter by using Ergonomics;Secondly analysis the comfort impact of different Seat component,Put forward the basic design principle;Thirdly Set up comfort evaluate system,which include the subjective evaluate(H-point Test/Pressure Test)and objective evaluate(Comfort Ride),to promote the comfort point.Combine with GM ATS design process,using the basic design principle and comfort evaluate system in order to promote the comfort point of GM ATS.Follow the basic design principle and Ergonomics knowledge,YFJC set up the component design principle and passenger layout principle.And by using our ergonomics and comfort method,the comfort performance can be improved 15%.
