| This paper mainly research and analysis on the comfort of car seat. Through establishing the mathematical model of car seat to do simulation, and compare simulation result with test result to study the comfort. The following are the main contents of this paper:(1) Analysis of the body pressure distribution when body keep in sitting situation: introduced when people in sitting situation the spine morphology; compared and analysised actual test result and simulation result. Draw the regional map of body pressure peak.(2) Analysis of the deformation of a cushion which is under pressure:through ANASYS to analysis on cushion; and then combine the test, load pressure on cushion the pressure value is equivalent to the percentage of body, observe deformation and compared with simulation result.(3) Analysis of H-point measurement:H-point is an important indicator to measure that when people in car if he is comfortable seat on the seat, measure datas of various parts of body, and establish a mathematical model of a sitting body. Use percentile dummy measurement data to list equations, solve the equations get the regional distribution of H-point, and draw the regional distribution of H-point. Experiment to measure the95%percentile dummy, compare the test result with the simulation result. Provide a reference for design of modern seat. |
