| BIM technology has developed to some extents nowadays in China and BIM has already drawn more and more attention.In 2010,the Department of housing construction issued 《2011-2015 development outline of Construction industry informatization》,in which the department raised the claim that we should speed up the application of BIM technology in construction during twelfth five-year.Though the number of BIM practice is growing,current BIM application still focus on Individual nodes and further application is not satisfactory.Besides,for the construction industry and construction enterprises,continuous use behavior is more important than first accept behavior concerning to the successful BIM technology diffusion and continuous usage of BIM technology is important to the development process of Construction industry informatization.But the current research of continuous usage of BIM technology is rare.This article is aimed to investigate the factors that has impact on construction enterprises to continuously use BIM technology,accordingly laying foundation for further reseach about BIM technology and providing decision taking base for BIM diffusion in constrction enterprises.To investigate the factors that has impact on construction enterprises to continuously use BIM technology,based on the research literatures on the continuous usage of information technology,a model on influencing factors in the continuous use of BIM was developed using expectation-confirmation model and technologyorganization-environment model and carry out empirical study.The results show that technology compatibility,task-technology fit and employee capability have significant indirect influence on BIM continuance intention via its effect on perceived usefulness;organizational innovation competence has significant indirect influence on BIM continuance intention via its effect on satisfaction;industrial pressure effect BIM continuance intention directly.The results furthermore show that in order to promote the continuous use of BIM technology in the construction companies,we could pay more attention on three aspects: technology,organization and industrial pressure. |
