IT has been widely applied in the construction industry, using of information technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries, ingegrating information technology and industrialization, further enter into modernization, that will completely change our construction industry low productivity, serious waste of resources, promote construction industry in our new technology platform for high-speed and leapfrog development ,those are the socio-economic's development and construction's sustainable development objectives.At present, China is vigorously developing the building of small towns, which has important strategic significance to china's urbanization process. The town residential building occupies a pivotal position , applying information technology to small town residential building design process, which can improve residential building design level, and have great significance on improving residential building conditions, and ensuring the achievement of sustainable development in residential building construction, designing and constracting environment comfortable, energy efficient new residential building.The adoption of a comprehensive analysis of the application of information technology in the construction field, mastered the characteristics and trends of the application of information technology in the construction field, building design process information management platform will be the an important way to use of information technology to transform the traditional building. Through comparing various engineering modelling methods, I choose IDEF0v, a improved methods of modelling, base on IDEF0. This method aims at the particularity requirement of engineering design process and achieves functional and information's integration. In small towns'residential environment improvement building, analyzing the design process in layers and establishing information flow simulation model by IDEF0v. Finally, using matrix structure optimization technology to optimize the design information extracted from the information flow models.Through optimizing small town residential building design process, reducing design activities'iterative cycle, so as to further enhance the efficiency and integration of duilding design activities, and lay the groundwork of information management platform for building design. |
