Against the background of automobile intelligent networking,the optimization of Internet of vehicles service is a hot research topic for the current vehicle enterprises.Facing the fierce competition in the market,how to optimize the user service of the Internet of vehicles platform and improve the users’ willingness to continue using it has always been at the core of the construction of intelligent connected vehicles.In this paper,the SVW Corporation’s MOS4.0 Internet is used as the research object,and the study is carried out on the Internet of Vehicle User Service.Firstly,the development strategy of the research object SVW in recent years is described,and the details of SVW intelligent car service MOS4.0 platform are introduced.At the same time,analysis of the exterior market environment of the Internet of vehicles by PEST and SWOT.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,the problems of the current Internet of vehicles platform are analyzed.From the questionnaire design to the results of statistical analysis,the existing problems of user service can be accurately obtained,and the causes of the user service problems of the intelligent car service MOS4.0 platform are analyzed to deeply analyze the current user service problems encountered by the platform.Then,the following three solutions are proposed to solve the problems encountered by the smart car service MOS4.0.First,from the user’s demand development,establish a perfect demand management system;The second is to conform to the product design of users and establish a perfect product design process;Third,data protection of the Internet of vehicles platform,and establish a perfect data management platform.Finally,the paper researches and establishes the concrete guarantee measures from the aspects of human resources security,capital security and standard system.In general,optimizing the Internet of vehicles user service is the company’s strategic goal.Only the continuous provision of customer service can satisfy the demand of the market.This article can be used as a reference for more users’ service optimization of the Internet of vehicles,and is a useful supplement to the research on user service optimization of the Internet of vehicles platform.
