Research On The Whole Process Investment Control Of A University Construction Project

In recent years,China's rapid development of higher education,many universities have realized many schools,not only to achieve the rapid development of the university itself,but also promote the development of local education.The university has a further development in the construction of new campus,but many construction projects are in the lack of sufficient investigation and research,scientific proof analysis of the case of emergency start,which caused many problems appear in the process of construction.At present,university exists the shortage of construction funds,large loans in multi school the amount caused by many colleges and universities are debt pressure,which further affects the comprehensive and coordinated development of colleges and Universities.Therefore,the effective control of the whole process investment of the construction project can reduce the construction cost and improve the investment benefit of the project,which is of great practical significance to the development of the University.This paper is based on the dynamic control theory,control principle and the full cycle of the project total cost management theory,the use of scientific methods for investment analysis on the whole process of a project.The whole process investment control is the main activities in the whole period of each stage of the influence factors are analyzed,and then the process of campus construction the activity in the control of the investment,the final summed up the control strategy of this stage.In this paper,through the construction of the new campus of the University of A,the whole process of investment control as the foundation,found that the investment control in the whole process of the construction of the new campus of the University of A,the A University in the whole process of reducing the cost,and For the whole process,active control has been increased,and construction projects have been scientifically managed.On the basis of improving the engineering quality,the project has been completed on schedule,and the cost has been reduced.Finally,the project has been successfully completed within the investment budget.
