Research And Design Of Tunnel Stacker Type Intelligent Three-dimensional Garage

With the rapid development of science and technology,the urban economy and the automobile industry have also made a qualitative leap.Urban traffic problems have gradually emerged: the problem of parking difficulty.The intelligent three-dimensional garage is put on the agenda,and it has become an important measure to solve the urban traffic problems.Since our think tank starts late and its cost is high,it is very important to study how to reduce the design and manufacture cost of the think tank and further improve the automation level of the automatic control system of the think tank.This paper focuses on the overall design of the roadway stacked solid garage.The SIEMENS S7-1200 series PLC is used as the controller of the automatic control system.The lifting mechanism of the electric drive system and the moving car picking mechanism are introduced respectively.In the part of software design of the control system,the control system is to use SIEMENS programming software Step7 to write,use the touch screen to access the vehicle(automatic and manual operation mode)steps,the touch screen has an intelligent information management system,to achieve vehicle access,parking status information,real-time monitoring.This article also focuses on the garage communication protocol and online implementation,including protocol based PLC-PC online communication,wireless transmission standard protocol,touch-screen communication,and communication between inverter(SEW)and PLC.In the last chapter,based on queuing theory m/m/n,we analyze,model and simulate the characteristics of parking entry and exit,so as to get the optimal design of intelligent parking garage’s fluency.It also makes a brief discussion on improving the operation efficiency and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
