| With the enhancement of the survivability and fighting capabilities,the threat caused by submarine to surface warships becomes more and more serious.The traditional monostatic sonar is easy to be found,it’s difficult to meet the demand of anti-submarine warfare.The multi-platform combined detecting has become a new choice.But how to evaluate the effectiveness of the multi-platform detecting network is still vague.This paper analysed the way how the multi-platform detecting network against the submarine,built a model to verify the feasibility of the effectiveness evaluation,and then got the disposition principle of the multi-platform detecting network.In this paper,the related theories of effectiveness evaluation was expounded,the appropriate effectiveness evaluation method based on the characteristics of the multi-platform detecting network was chose.The index system for the effectiveness evaluation was built through the analysis of the anti-submarine warfare,to calculate the indexes,the models of each related index in the system was built.To evaluate the effectiveness of one index of the index system is a optimization to the index.First,the paper selected the search efficiency as a efficiency target,built a model of surface warship formation searching submarine,the model and simulation result was analyzed.And then,this paper studied the disposition principle of towed sonar warship for the surface warship formation in navigation,The influence of the parameters on the position of towed sonar warship was analyzed by simulations calculation.Anti-submarine isn’t needed only in the battlefield,but some specially places,such as the port,a fixed area.The submarine detection in the port is match up with the multistatic sonar system.To cover the most of the port,the genetic algorithm was put forward to find the way how to place the sonars,genetic algorithm choose the covering area as the target function,and search the optimal solution through real number coding solution,crossover operator,and mutation operater.To judge whether the disposition of the multi-platform network is best or not,a comprehensive evaluation is needed,then analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was posed.With AHP,a comprehensive ranking of all indexes was got With the comprehensive ranking,we can give all programs a number to express it’s effectiveness. |
