| The development of public transportation has always attracted people’s attention.Not only has the government issued various policy documents in this regard,but residents’ travel also puts higher and higher requirements on the service of public transportation.In order to promote the sustainable development of the city,vigorously develop the public transportation system,and promote the priority of public transportation to become the main means to improve the traffic environment and induce people to travel to public transportation.At the same time,major cities have also made a lot of research for the implementation of public transport priority,and adopted various policies to guide people to travel to the public transport,thereby improving the efficiency of public transport services,improving traffic congestion,and indirectly reducing economic losses.The development of public transportation is not a one-step process.In recent years,many relevant scholars have carried out a lot of research on this,in order to achieve greater progress,combined with different urban road traffic conditions,to establish a more comprehensive public transport development strategies and methods.Especially in the research of bus-only lanes,many foreign countries have already made a lot of research results.Although the domestic start is relatively late,but draw on the experience of foreign countries,combined with the development status of China,the specific analysis of the specific situation,the evaluation of the operation effect of the bus-only lanes The aspect has produced a large number of research conclusions,which has played a basic theoretical guiding role for the development of public transportation in the city,and also laid a theoretical foundation for future research.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the operation evaluation research of bus-only lanes by learning from the experience of bus-only lanes at home and abroad.First,it consults the specifications of bus priority in major cities in the country,and sorts out the different situations of different cities.Different effects produced by bus-only lanes under different road conditions.Secondly,the research on the network planning of bus-only lanes is carried out,and the scale of the network is predicted by the total amount control method in combination with the specific road conditions in Chongqing.The nonlinear planning model is adopted for the short-term and medium-term network generation schemes.Using case analysis,using the analytic hierarchy process,the bus-only lanes of the Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing were selected to conduct bus operation evaluation research.According to the actual situation,three systems of public transport system,social vehicle system and social economic system were selected.The indicators establish an evaluation index system and construct an evaluation analysis model.Finally,a comparative analysis of the operation effects of bus-only lanes in different situations is carried out.Taking the specific situation before and after school as the main research direction,the different benefits brought by the implementation of bus-only lanes are demonstrated,thus playing a certain role in promoting the development research of bus-only lanes.This paper is mainly devoted to the evaluation of the operation effect of bus-only lanes.By comparing the different road conditions in different cities,the paper has developed a comparison index,improved the evaluation index system,and proposed some new evaluation indicators,which have improved compared with the previous research methods.The analysis of different situations also has a good effect,which lays a certain foundation and theoretical support for the study of bus-only lanes. |
