With the surge of national economy and people's livelihood, not only the flow of domestic cargo and passengers becomes quite frequent, but people's demand becomes much higher on the safety, efficiency and convenience of transportation. Air transport, featured as safe, efficient and convenient etc, has played an irreplaceable role among the integrated transport system.The spatial effectiveness is an important indicator used to measure the expectation using target of the airspace. Comparing the aviation industry with developed countries, China's airspace distribution is unreasonable and the airspace planning ability and evaluation methods are relatively backward at present. The simple static assessment has difficulty to meet the target of aviation operation, such as safety, high efficiency and low delay. Based on the characteristics of China's airspace, redefine the concept of the effectiveness of airspace. Then use three different methods to evaluate the effectiveness of airspace. Finally, make analysis and comparisons for the three methods and put forward some suggestions on improving the spatial effectiveness. The main works are as follows.Firstly, evaluate effectiveness of airspace based on AGA-AHP and method of factor analysis: According to the thought of FAA and PRC, determine the second level index system of airspace effectiveness; use the method of factor analysis and the hierarchical analysis of accelerating genetic algorithm to establish a model to evaluate airspace effectiveness. Then use the accelerating genetic algorithm to inspect the consistence of level weight to make sure it's precision, stability. Finally, analyze the model.Secondly, evaluate effectiveness of airspace based on the model of regional spatial effectiveness: Consider factors such as the actual control interval in operation, the actual use of level, complex of airspace structure, the effect of intersection, terminal area etc, then propose route running capacity model and regional spatial effectiveness model in combination with practical operation. Finally, simulate the established model by using example.Thirdly, evaluate effectiveness of airspace based on TAAM: Use TAAM to establish model for airspace in XIAN area, then analysis and choose the simulate index and put into actual operating data. Establish model for operation situation in simulation. Finally obtain a simulation result and analysis it.Fourthly, compare with the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods. Give some suggestions on improving the effectiveness of airspace.The theory system of effectiveness of airspace was improved in this paper. It can provide a theory method and reference for evaluating the effectiveness of airspace in the future.
