| Detecting submarines is the primary mission of anti-submarine warfare.The effectiveness of submarine detection has a direct impact on the subsequent operations in antisubmarine warfare,so it is necessary to focus on the effectiveness of submarine detection by anti-submarine platforms in anti-submarine plans.There are many methods,means,and influencing factors for modern submarine detection.When evaluating the detection efficiency of anti-submarine platforms,various factors should be comprehensively considered,and a reasonable index system and index weight calculation model should be established.Starting from the relevant concepts of submarine detection by anti-submarine platforms and the theory of efficiency evaluation,this thesis establishes an index system and evaluation index weight calculation model for submarine detection efficiency evaluation and develops an evaluation software to assist decision-makers in efficiency analysis.The main content of this thesis is as follows:1.The commonly used submarine detection equipment and patterns of anti-submarine platforms are studied,and a comprehensive submarine detection effectiveness evaluation index system model covering the performance of anti-submarine platforms and the detection ability of sensors is established.A brief analysis and introduction of the concept of each index are given,and the calculation model and normalization method of the index are provided.2.This study proposes an improvement to the traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)by incorporating the knowledge of intuitionistic fuzzy theory.This addresses the limitation of AHP in reflecting the uncertainty of decision makers’ evaluation and representing the relationship between evaluation indicators.The proposed method includes an index weight calculation based on intuitionistic fuzzy and a group effectiveness evaluation method based on the difference and similarity of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.3.This study presents a set of effectiveness evaluation software that allows decisionmakers to design and edit the evaluation index system according to their needs.The software can import index data to evaluate the detection effectiveness and comprehensive combat effectiveness of various anti-submarine platforms.This addresses the issue of customization of evaluation software and indexes in the index system.To ensure the reliability and objectivity of the evaluation results and meet the needs of different decision makers and assessment tasks,the evaluation software also implements the traditional analytic hierarchy process and Principal Component Analysis(PCA)etc,and decision-makers can choose the evaluation model themselves. |
