Study On The Habitability Design Strategy Of High-rise Residential Buildings In Changsha

From the trend of world development,the urbanization levels are becoming higher and higher and the buildings have higher and higher density,resulting in more and more big cities.The big cities must bring about a series of "urban diseases" such as excessive population density,land tension,lower resource utilization,traffic congestion and environmental degradation.As a major city of China,Changsha is also expanding and developing,and its inner housing as an important part of urban residential building must face a series of urban disadvantages.The land is limited and the population continues to increase,so the appearance and development of high-rise residential is inevitable.But as a result of the high-rise residential areas in Changsha habitability aspect still have some problems,so It will become more and more urgent for us to have investigation and study of the region of the high-rise buildings.This paper aim at the Changsha area as the research scope,the high-rise building located in the area as the research object and research on the issues influencing residents habitability.And it is attempting to put forward some solutions to meet the demand of people living in Changsha area.This article firstly elaborate the background and purpose of Changsha area high-rise residential habitability researching and understand the current situation of residential habitability related research at home and abroad Then make interpretations and limits to relevant concepts and research scope and determine the research framework of the thesis through the analysis of the main research contents and methods.Secondly,analyzing policy,economy,society and environment which affect the residential habitability of macro factors and providing a theoretical basis for the further research of Changsha regional habitability of high-rise apartments.Then,based on the climatic conditions of hot summer and cold winter in Changsha area,Changsha City was selected as the research object.Through the selection of a representative high-rise residential area in the five administrative districts of Changsha City,the impact of climatic conditions on the high-rise residential fitness was analyzed by field investigation,questionnaire survey and network collection.The high-rise residential design by macroscopic(layout of the building,transportation systems,landscape and environmental),meso(dwelling),micro level(walls,windows,roof cover element)affect the habitability have on the analysis;And through the investigation and summary analysis of the residential environment and indoor physical environment which affect the psychological and physiology of high-rise residential households.Although the high-rise residential areas in Changsha due to their own and the impact of many factors,so that the fitness in a sense of decline.But I believe that through the analysis and research of this paper can make us in the hot summer and cold winter area high-rise residential design to do more detailed consideration and design to provide some valuable reference.Focusing on children,the elderly,the disabled and other vulnerable groups of special needs,mainly from the outdoor and indoor aspects of the two aspects of research.Finally,according to the study of the high-rise residential fitness of the various aspects of the impact of targeted design strategies proposed,combined with the case of practical projects to further support the design strategy.
