The earth is the place on which we humans depend for survival.The development and activities of human society draw a large amount of energy materials from the earth,but also cause damage to the environment.Energy consumption in construction activities accounts for nearly 40% of the energy consumption of the entire society.Reducing energy consumption in buildings can play a major role in protecting the environment.The contradiction between the rapid population growth and the shortage of land resources has worsened.The construction of high-rise residential buildings in residential buildings continues to set new historical highs.Improving the environmental performance of high-rise residential buildings will help reduce the environmental pressure caused by excessive use of energy,and restore people to a beautiful,beautiful environment.Healthy,comfortable,energy-saving and environmentally friendly living space.Based on the climate characteristics and green building concepts in hot summer and warm winter regions,this thesis first systematically combs the research status of green buildings at home and abroad through literature reading,and analyzes the focus of its existing research and the areas to be improved,based on this Above,the research direction and content of this article are defined.Then it expounds the climatic characteristics of the hot summer and warm winter area,the related theories and concepts of green high-rise residential building design,and the design characteristics of green high-rise residential building guided by my country’s green building evaluation standards.Then combined with actual cases of green high-rise residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas and areas with similar climatic characteristics,the green building design measures used and their effects on the residential environment,from architectural layout,environmental design,enclosure structure,shading Comparative analysis and review of design,ventilation and lighting design,residential products,facade design and other aspects.Combining the research direction,the climate of hot summer and warm winter area and the characteristics of green building evaluation standards,the requirements related to the design of green high-rise residential buildings are typed and summarized.Subsequently through the summary,the four major elements of the design of green high-rise residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas,namely,the planning shape layout,comfortable and good indoor natural ventilation and lighting environment,facade shading design,and residential space adaptability,are proposed,and one by one.The technical methodological analysis and research were carried out in detail,and the feasibility of solving the problem was demonstrated through relevant green building software simulation,scheme drawing,adaptability design attempts and other methods.Finally,through an example of a green high-rise residential building design project in a hot summer and warm winter area,the green building design method based on the star evaluation of green buildings is analyzed.The degeneration verifies the application effect and rationality of green building design techniques.
