Abstract/Summary:
At present,all countries in the world are aware of the importance of solar energy in regard to energy supply and clean utilization.Our country is in a rapid developing stage of Urbanization.The number of residential buildings become higher density more because of the shortage of land resources and the growing demand of the residents.In China,solar energy technology in low-story and multi-story buildings has been relatively mature;however,the implementation of solar energy integration design among the high-rise residential buildings still needs to be popularized,which is extremely urgent.This paper took hot summer and cold winter area as the research scope and took Wuhan as an example,focusing on the integration design,the research of solar energy and building interface.First of all,basic situation and thermal environment of Wuhan city were investigated and analyzed.This research showed that Wuhan region needed consumption of electric energy to improve comfort in winter and summer.The problem of residential building energy consumption was particularly prominent.It was proposed that the high-rise residential buildings in the future needed both energy saving and new energy sources.It also discussed the feasibility of using solar energy in high-rise residential buildings in Wuhan,and analyzed the problems existing in the utilization of solar energy in residential buildings.Secondly,this study was on a superficial level.It analyzed the sunshine standards,space requirements and layout of high-rise residential buildings in Wuhan area,discussed the relationship between residential building interface and solar energy system at the theoretical level.Also,the external features of the high-rise residential buildings in Wuhan were collected and classified.What’s more,the installation position,area,dip angle and height of solar energy in residential building interface were studied and discussed.The core part of this paper was to study the integrated design for the specific hot summer and cold winter climate.From the perspective of theory,this paper analyzed principles of integration design,connotation,planning and design.On the basis of interface theory,this paper discussed the structural design of the solar building from the applicability of solar system and the interface of the building,in which the aesthetic factors were considered,and the aesthetic strategies of integrated design were provided.Finally,a high-rise residential area in Wuhan was taken as a case.Based on the above theoretical research,the author used the thinking of the integrated design of centralized and decentralized solar systems,the solar collector as the integration design of building components,IES(VE)building performance simulation software,which verified and supplemented the heat collection effect.At last,a simple economic benefit analysis of the whole project at length was carried out.Based on the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter,the integrated design of residential buildings in Wuhan was studied and a series of integrated design strategies and methods were put forward in this paper,which can adapt to different climate requirements.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide reference for the integration of high-rise residential buildings and solar energy systems in Wuhan and other areas,and also play a positive role in promoting the integration of solar architecture.
