The Research On Design Strategy For Climatic Adaptability Of Hign-rise Apartment In Hot-summer And Cold-winter Zone

Since the 1960's,people come to see the importance of ecology protection and sustainable development.And the emergy crisis cause people to pay more attention to architecture energy-saving at the same time.The climate feature in Hot-summer and Cold-winter zone in China differs largely to each other and goes easily to extremity, particularly in the summer and winter seasons. Simply applying the strategies practiced in the freezing North or blazing South will inevitably fall into dilemma and fails to solve the opposite requirements properly. As a special type of architecture,the high-rise apartment buildings has its special predominance on saving ground.As the fast increasing of population and the stepping out of China's city-movement , the contradiction of the singulary ground and the growing population become more and more extrusive,the the high-rise apartment buildings developing faster and faster.With the high-rise apartment buildings development into the stage of"ecology style",the research on high-rise apartment buildings ecological strategies is needing now.The writer separate her thought of the high-rise apartments'climate adaptability into two parts.They are thought of the high-rise apartments'house character of climate adaptability and their high-rise character climate adaptability..How about the same and the difference?That's the beginning thinking to this paper.The wrong way of low-energy high-rise apartment buildings design was discovered by the writer through a mass of investigations in Wuhan and analysis of existing problems. The tenement have short understanding of low-energy high-rise apartment buildings ,the same as the architects in design field.The most important reason is that the economical power is in the first place,people's lack in low-energy and the undiscovered proper strategies for the extreme climate area that are the radical reasons.So to explore the climate adaptability design strategies for high-rise apartment buildings design in summer-hot & winter-cold area is the key point of this thesis.The idea of the"The Research on Design Strategy for Climatic Adapatability of Hign-rise Apartment Buildings in Hot-summer and Cold-winter Zone"comes from the research topic—The Climatic Adapatability City-planning Strategies Based on low-energy in Hot-summer and Cold-winter Area, supported by National Natural Science Foundation in China and directed by my professor. The thesis finds its origin in a responsible attention on the eco-issues in China and follows the principle from theory to practice, including the general concept, the special strategies, the concrete concept design and the further integrated design, with the coming out of some useful and operable conclusion, which are filled with eco-significance and contributes, by all means,endless resources to the architectural design and its creation.
