| In recent years,people’s requirement for the environment quality is higher and higher.Road cleaning has been paid more and more attention.As a result,the demand for sanitation trucks is growing.Then as an important part of the sanitation vehicle,cleaning system is the key to achieve effective cleaning.However,at present,the cleaning system of sanitation truck is facing many problems,such as single function,the low cleaning efficiency and low utilization.Therefore,the present difficulty is how to achieve multifunction,efficient cleaning and all-weather work of sanitation trucks.Based on the research on available road cleaning equipment and technology,deeply analyzed the source,changing and the processing method of road rubbish.Based on the existing problems of road cleaning system,including single function and the low cleaning efficiency,using the method of divergent convergence and according to the technological requirements of road cleaning,evaluated and selected the road cleaning method carefully.At the same time,put forward the new road cleaning method called mopping.Based on this,designed three movement schemes of mopping.Finally,the optimal movement was determined by comparing the index of all aspects of three schemes.Based on the optimal movement scheme,designed separately several key parts to achieve it.Built the geometric model of the sucker by using software Solid works,and conducted the simulation analysis of the internal flow field of the model by using the Fluent module in the ANSYS Workbench.Then focused on the structural parameters affecting the ability of wasting airflow and absorbing clutter and found that sheltered sucker can save airflow,prevent air collision and have a second cleaning.Based on the existing roller sweeper,according to the each functional requirement of roller mop,finished the concrete structure design.Then built 3d modeling of the roller mop and its holder by using Solidworks and conducted modal analysis for the model with ANSYS Workbench.In view of the existing problems,carried on the optimization design of roller mop and its bracket.Based on the analysis of the existing hoisting mechanism of roller sweeper,completed the design of hoisting mechanism according to the lifting requirements of roller sweeper.Then differential equations of the hoisting mechanism is established and conducted dynamic response analysis for the hoisting mechanism by using the MATLAB software.By analyzing and comparing dynamic performance and economy under different structure parameters,got the right parameters and design model. |
