With the rapid development of science and technology people’s expectation of the quality of life is getting higher and higher,especially for people’s living environment requirements.Our state also paid more attention to it and put forward the construction of ecological environment to create a better life in the critical period of "thirteen five" plan,which can strive to ensure the rapid economic development,at the same time,the ecological environment has been effectively improved.The sanitation car has undoubtedly made an important contribution to environmental protection.The use of sweeper models on current market are usually in the form of large and medium,but there also exists defects There is leakage in the process of sweeping,so this part of the cleaning work is mainly completed in the man-based cleaning mode.Compared to comprehensive mechanized work mode of some developed countries,it is still very backward.Therefore,the development of a small road cleaning machine as a substitute for manual cleaning equipment,which has important significance and development prospects in the market.Small road cleaning machine as a substitute for artificial cleaning a new type of machinery,its working principle is the use of disk brush and roller brush with,and according to the road to a certain speed of cleaning operations.In this paper,based on the existing research,the key components of small road cleaning machine were improved design,experimental study and parameter optimization design.The main contents are as follows:1)According to the overall structure and design requirements,the key components of the cleaning machine to improve the design.The frame is an important bearing parts on the cleaning machine.It is equipped with components such as motor,transmission system,steering system,suspension,cab and so on.It is designed to improve its structure type and main dimensions.To ensure the cleaning system Improve and reduce the reliability and stability,will enhance the installation device to improve the design of the whole three-dimensional modeling design,check the overall layout of the rationality and interference.2)Use the finite element software for the frame for static and dynamic analysis.According to the cleaning machine in different conditions,to explore the maximum frame stress,the maximum displacement and first-order mode frequency.According to the analysis results,the topology optimization design of the frame is made,and the utilization of the frame is made fully and the use of the material is reduced,so as to reduce the vehicle weight,save the economic cost and improve the mileage of the small cleaning machine.3)The experimental study was carried out on the improved cleaning machine.The single factor test and the three-factor five-level orthogonal rotary combination test were used to study the three factors influencing the speed of cleaning,cleaning speed and brushing speed of the road cleaning machine cleaning system.The experimental results show that the order of the primary and secondary factors affecting the road cleaning rate is roller brush speed> disk brush speed> travel speed,the design data is designed and optimized by Design-Expert8.0.5b,and a set of the best parameters Combined for the roller brush speed 148 r / min,disk brush speed 110 r / min,work speed 5km / h.4)To verify the optimized cleaning machine.The cleaning rate of the cleaning machine is91%,which satisfies the performance requirement of the cleaning operation.It is consistent with the theoretical optimization result,and the operation time is 10h-10.5h.The results show that the improved performance is improved and the working performance and cleaning rate of the cleaning machine are improved.
