| Under the reform and opening background, along with the sustainable development of our economy, urbanization acceleration and sharp increase in vehicle flow result in urban road becoming more and more important, which leads to urgent demands for more accessible, alternative and convenient traffic information.Reasonable planning and design have the ability to lay a solid foundation for urban traffic, which is an important guarantee for our security. And our road construction is also keep the constant innovation and development.Urban road design has the important role in road planning and construction, therefore the municipal road design becomes more and more important. This paper takes the Yulong road located in planning area of new Jinshan in Zhuzhou city as an example to probe the main road project design. This road starts from planning Liancheng road at its west to planning Jintai road at its east, and it full-length is about 5km,which runs through the rail road science and technology city, planning area of new Yulong and planning area of new Jinshan from the west to the east.It is an important main road in northern areas of Zhuzhou city. This paper is based on the practical situations, such as road function, topography and physiognomy around and water system,to determine traffic organization of each node for economy, convenience and security in the process of basic road design. This paper will use the Transcad software model to analyze and predict the vehicle flow of each segment for the short and long term in order to calculate the traffic capacity and design the vehicle speed, and then the design scheme will be obtained. The road design scheme mainly includes transverse section design, choosing of pavement structure material, pavement structure design, longitudinal section design, drainage engineering design, subgrade engineering design, bridge engineering design, pavement pipe installation, landscape and greening engineering.Besides, the prediction of the construction influence for the surrounding environment has been made to take effective measures for the potential risks. |
