With the rapid development of computer control technology,the trend of ship automation and large-scale and the requirements of reliability of power supply for marine power system keep on increasing,and the reliability of marine power station control system impacts the ship navigation safety.This paper is based on the automation of the marine power station,carrying out the hot standby redundancy control system design of the marine power system,in order to improve the reliability.The paper is based on marine power station for lab platform,using the Germanic Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core controller,on the basis of the design for marine power station automation,to study the reliability of the marine power station,and the hot standby redundancy control system for core controller is designed.Finally,launch power station automation function in the laboratory environment,simulate the occurring of the fault,carry out the redundancy debugging,and record the experiment phenomena and data.The controller takes the appropriate measures automatically at the proper condition,by detecting real-time operating data of ship power station,adding to analysis and determination,deals with the situations which may happen in the operation of the ship power station in order to ensure the safe,reliable and economic operation of marine electric power system.The hot standby redundancy control system for marine power station in this thesis has the following functions:(1)Automatic start,stop,quasi-synchronous parallelization,tripping and frequency and load control for generator set;(2)Automatic closing and breaking of the main breaker;(3)Visual human-computer interaction and monitoring system;(4)Main and standby controller can be switched seamlessly when fault occurs.The hot standby redundancy control system for marine power station is debugged based on the platform of the ship physical simulation power station in the marine power station laboratory of Dalian Maritime University.Not only can the hot standby redundancy control system for marine power station run stably and reliably and accomplish all the scheduled tasks in the laboratory environment,but also its control effect is excellent,so the reliability of the marine power station automation is improved greatly.
