Reliability is the key point of ship management improvement and ship technology development.Its network reliability has been paid more and more attention by the industry and has been written into the industry regulatory and technical guidance documents.Network reliability can be divided into information network reliability and control network reliability according to the data level. The reliability of the control network is a hot research topic in the field of marine power station. In order to improve the fault tolerance and dynamic adjustment ability of marine power station redundancy control system,this paper carries out the functional design of hot standby redundancy system and automatic control system,which is of great significance to improve the reliability level of control network and the systematic efficiency of marine power station.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,based on the theoretical analysis of reliability characteristic curve, it provides theoretical support for the selection of controller components from the level of unit failure rate;it uses the logic block diagram method to carry out the reliability analysis of electrical series system and parallel system to provide static theoretical support for the redundant design of control system;it uses the Markov method to carry out the reliability analysis of electrical single component system and dual component system to provide controller hot standby operation provides dynamic theoretical support.Secondly,aiming at the function configuration mechanism of the automatic control system,based on the analysis of the control principle of the marine power station,the main function design of the automatic control system of the marine power station is carried out with the distributed control concept,and the motion of the generator set is carried out PLC controller interface distribution and configuration using the modular concept to carry out the hardware design and software design of the automatic quasi synchronous parallel function and the automatic frequency modulation and load adjustment function of the marine power station.Thirdly,aiming at the function configuration mechanism of the hot standby redundancy system,based on the reliability theory analysis of the ship power station,the basic design of the automation function of the marine power station PLC and the design of the fault self-diagnosis function software are carried out,and the station-R is configured at the hardware level by using the parallel redundancy system structure and software implementation means,the PLC controller realizes the hot standby redundancy function by determining the main and standby status and real-time data backup at the software level;the monitoring function design of the marine power station redundancy control system is carried out by using the centralized management concept,and the monitoring design of the marine power station redundancy control system is completed by "PC+touch screen" hardware configuration and communication configuration software programming.Fourth,based on the experimental platform of the physical simulation system of the marine power station,the comprehensive debugging and normative verification of the control system function of the marine power station and the comprehensive debugging and normative verification of the redundancy control system of the marine power station are carried out.After the experimental verification,the system functional operation index meets the requirements of the classification specification of the ship and the ship inspection guide and other related industries;the reliability characteristics of the marine power station are also included some thoughts on quantity evolution and reliability management.
