The development of modern ship becomes large-scale,integrated and high-tech.The automated degree of ship power station and the requirement of reliability are becoming increasingly higher,which gradually forms an integrated automated network system of monitoring,controlling,managing in one of the ship power station,that is,Power Management System(PMS).The Power Management System unified schedule and centralized control marine power generation and electric equipment.PMS is made up of power management module,electric power dispatch and intelligent management module,distribution management module and electric propulsion module.PMS represents the direction of ship power station.Therefore the design and research on PMS contribute to the development of marine power station automation.This study is regarded Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core controller and analyzes the component of the PMS and its function.At the same time,it comprehensive design the car process,automatic frequency and load process,principle and implementation method of high pressure protection process of high voltage power stations.In view of the bad working conditions(such as large temperature difference,damp,bad work stability,severe electromagnetic pollution,etc.),this paper is based on the improvement of the PMS's reliability and mainly writes about the basic definition,analysis method and a technology called redundancy technology to improve the reliability.Redundancy technique is one of the most effective method to enhance the reliability of control system and according to the different methods of redundancy,it divided into hardware redundancy and software redundancy.This paper applies soft redundancy technology to design software redundancy about the core controller S7-1200 PLC of PMS.Finally it installs and codes the hardware and software system,and records the experimental process and results.The design of this topic is based on the platform of the ship physical simulation power station in the marine power station laboratory of Dalian Maritime University.The experiment shows that this system is so secure and safe as to work and can complete the scheduled task.
