Design And Analysis Of A Coal Shed Structure

Along with the advancement of national industrialization,coal mine,steel mills and the thermal power plant coal yard,such as environmental pollution serious areas urgently need rectification,in response to national policy and push forward the environmental protection green energy-saving request of the development of the industry will be closed management.A HanDan FengFeng mining area coal mine caused great pollution on the environment around,in response to the state environmental protection call for,urgently need design can meet the environmental requirements of coal shed storage structure.In this paper,an example of a shed structure in FengFeng mining area of HanDan city is used to calculate and analyze the structure of the large span tube truss.After investigation,the site environment of this project is complex,and there are existing buildings and structures around the site.It is an important problem to design the hushed structure which meets the design requirement without affecting the normal use of the building and equipment.Combining with the complex environment of the site,this paper puts forward the overall architecture plan.On the basis of this,the structure is detailed design of truss thickness,grid dimension and support arrangement.Secondly,the structure of the pipe truss is calculated and analyzed,and the structure force meets the design requirements.The connection scheme is proposed for the structure of the shed and the complex node of the built joint.Finally,using the software STDRAW module to complete the construction drawing design,complete pipe truss structure from the analysis and design,modeling,design optimization,integration of construction for this kind of tube truss canopy structure of integrated analysis and design for reference.
