| Building Modeling(BIM)technology is in a rapid development stage in China.BIM technology simulates the actual characteristic information of buildings by means of computer information,keeps the information constantly updated and shared in the whole life cycle of the project,and promotes the efficient operation of project management.In the design stage,gradually realize the information sharing and collaboration of architecture,structure,water heating and electricity,etc.At present,the structural construction drawing adopts the drawing rule of plane integral representation method(drawing standard of plane method),and the plane method construction drawing can effectively represent the basic information of the basic components of the structure.Beam-column joints of concrete structures are the key parts in design and construction.In the design,the constructability of steel bar arrangement at beam-column joints,concrete pouring in the narrow space of joints,and the selection of formwork support schemes directly affect the construction quality of beam-column joints and deviate from the stress calculation results of joints.In this thesis,the constructability of beam-column joints is analyzed under BIM model,and the three-dimensional joints are created by Tekla Structures Rest,and the reinforcement arrangement is analyzed to optimize the structural design.Field application of AR technology for complex beam-column joints can meet the requirements of high-efficiency functions such as guiding construction,assisting acceptance and real-time information management.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,through the structural design and construction drawing of X project of frame structure office building,the constructability defects of local construction drawing of beam-column joints are summarized,and the BIM optimization scheme construction process of beam-column joint structure construction drawing is drawn up.Then,according to the requirements of the core area of the joint in the current structural design code,the constructability of the frame beam-column joint in the arrangement of reinforcement,anchorage and binding of reinforcement,support of formwork,pouring of concrete and other specific details is analyzed.Tekla Structures Rest is used for three-dimensional fine analysis of reinforcement arrangement.Reasonable arrangement is selected to optimize structural design,and the constructability of formwork support and concrete pouring of beam-column joints is analyzed and optimized.Finally,according to the information requirements of the construction site,several AR technologies are given to guide the application in the construction site.On-site application of AR technology can guide on-site construction to a certain extent and improve intelligent management of construction. |
