According to the survey found that coal mines, steel mills and power plants of the coal field environment pollution is serious, the state environmental protection and governance of the big situation will be carried out under the roof of the closed management. Handan Jiulong coal mine pollution, in order to respond to the call of the country, the urgent need to dry coal shed structure of coal reservoir. After the inspection, the project in the dry coal shed structure by geographical conditions, covers an area of limited scope, and around the site exists many buildings. How can in the wrong building impact, design reasonable dry coal shed structure is a very important problem.The stcad tube structure design software, to Kowloon, Handan a dry coal shed structure as an example, the analysis of truss structure with irregular tube has been conducted. First, this paper discusses the engineering background, and puts forward the overall design scheme based on the engineering background, which includes the structure form, the direction of the truss, the height of the truss and the spacing of the truss. On this basis, the structure is designed, which includes the thickness of the truss, the mesh size, the rotation angle and the supporting layout. Secondly, the structural form of the tube truss is calculated by the analysis of the calculation results, and the rationality of this structure is obtained. In the end, several schemes of different truss thickness, different supporting forms and different cross sections are selected. The influence of different design parameters on the structure of irregular tube truss is studied.
