In this paper,based on a special-shaped pipe truss gangue project,the structural design scheme of the special-shaped pipe truss gangue is elaborated from the aspects of structural scheme comparison,concrete short column arrangement and support arrangement according to the terrain conditions and construction requirements.The influence of several parameters on structural safety,economy and applicability is discussed,and the basic parameters and structural forms of the structure applicable to the project are determined.Because the wind load has a great influence on the structure of the space pipe truss,the pipe truss structure with relatively regular body shape can generally take the value according to the body shape coefficient in the relevant code,but the project is limited by the topographic conditions,the slab type is irregular,and the current load in China There is no similar wind load shape coefficient in the specification for reference.Therefore,this paper uses CFD numerical simulation technology to simulate the wind tunnel with 8 wind direction angles.According to the numerical simulation results,it is calculated according to the numerical simulation results.Accurate wind load shape factor.In addition,from the numerical simulation results,the wind pressure effect of the structure under different winds is obtained.When the wind direction is 315°,the wind pressure coefficient is larger than other wind directions,and the wind direction is at the highest position of the rock shed.The pressure gradient on the top surface is relatively large,and the force is relatively complicated.Attention should be paid to the structural design.Then the structure design and analysis of the special-shaped pipe truss gangue shed is carried out by using STCAD pipe structure design software.The analysis results show that the structure is under reasonable force,and the construction drawing design of the special-shaped pipe truss slab is completed by the software construction drawing design module.Modeling to analytical analysis and then to the integrated analysis design of the construction drawing.Finally,the processing data processing of the special-shaped pipe truss gangue is carried out to determine the most reasonable pipe cutting plan.After calculation,the pipe utilization rate of the project can reach more than 90%,and the utilization rate of some pipes can reach more than 95%.Level.According to the design scheme,the reasonable cutting plan optimization of the pipe can greatly improve the utilization rate of the steel structure pipe.
