| As customers’ requirements for freight service levels continue to increase and the pressure of competition in the freight market continues to intensify,various transportation companies are also actively seeking innovations and changes to enhance their attractiveness.In the market-oriented competition,because the transformation of railway concepts did not keep up with the pace of the times in time,the railway failed to seize more markets,and on the contrary,it also steadily retreated in its advantageous areas.In this context,in order to improve the service level,operation capacity and transportation efficiency of railway freight,this paper proposes to introduce the entire train discount in the optimization of the direct train operation plan at the loading area,and consider the logistics cost of the shipper.Based on the analysis of the traditional optimization ideas,the necessary conditions for the entire train to be run by the small traffic flow which is not considered to be transported by entire trains in the traditional optimization ideas.This article first summarizes the current situation of China’s transportation and the characteristics of China’s railway freight,and analyzes the development trend of railway freight.Then the operation process and cost of the train flow in the railway transportation are determined according to the train’s traveling process from the loading area to the unloading area.And based on the above content,it analyzes the impact of reducing the number of classifications on transportation costs and the favorable conditions for direct transportation of China’s bulk cargo flow organization to the loading area.Next,from the perspective of the logistics system,it introduces the correlation between the shipper’s inventory and the railway transportation mode,and analyzes the contradiction and restriction of the interests of the parties in the logistics system.The concept of freight discount is put forward to coordinate the internal logistics system,leading to the significance of providing a entire train discount and the necessary conditions for the implementation of freight discount.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a model for comprehensive optimization of freight discounts and operation plans,taking the freight charge collected by railways to provide transportation services and the operation consumption at loading stations,in-transit classification stations,and unloading stations during transportation.The maximum difference is the optimization goal of the railway,and the minimum sum of the freight charge paid by the shippers to the railway and the inventory cost involved in the transportation process is the optimization goal of the shippers.Combining the characteristics of the model and the actual situation,a genetic algorithm based on stacke Iberg thought is designed to solve the model.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,the article simulates a traffic flow network at the loading area and conducts a case analysis of the model.The influence of the change of freight discount strategy on the entire train scheme and the proportion of the entire train under different freight discount strategies are analyzed.And the results of the comprehensive optimization model are compared with those obtained without considering the discount of freight rate.Through calculation,it is found that the comprehensive optimization model after introducing the freight discount can significantly increase the proportion of the entire train.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme is calculated,and the potential benefits of the direct train scheme are analyzed.This article introduces freight discounts and logistics costs on the basis of the traditional optimization method of direct train operation plan at the loading area,not only from the perspective of the railway,but from the perspective of both the railway and the cargo owner,systematically and comprehensively operate the direct trains to the loading location.It not only enables some traffic flows that do not allow entire trains in the traditional thinking to be transported in this way,which improves the direct rate and railway operation efficiency,alleviates the transportation pressure,and provides shippers with lower freight rates and more efficient transportation services have achieved a win-win situation.It provides new ideas for the direct transportation organization of the loading area,which has certain significance under the current market and policy background.With 35 figures,13 tables and 70 references. |
