Study On Risk Management Of Nanning Metro Line 2 Project

Nanning is the capital of the Guang2i Zhuang Autonomous Region,undertaking the functions of politics,economy,culture and information center.Due to historical and geographical reasons,the layout structure of Nanning urban road network has congenital shortcomings.The single-center urban pattern,fluctuating hilly terrain,short and tortuous urban roads make Nanning urban road network lack of trunk roads with strong connectivity,and the overall road operation efficiency is difficult to improve.Therefore,the introduction of Urban Rail Transit System,vigorously develop three-dimensional urban transport network is imperative.Urban rail transit has many advantages,such as convenience and rapidity,large transportation volume,high punctuality rate,less pollution,and driving the economy along the line.However,urban rail transit also has some difficulties,such as huge investment scale,complicated preparatory work,long construction cycle and accurate construction schedule control requirements.Taking the civil construction project of Nanning Metro Line 2 as a sample,this paper e2pounds the main tools and general steps of project risk management in management,identifies the hidden risk factors in the process of project civil construction by using the methods of documentation and Delphi,and obtains nine kinds of risk factors of three categories.Then,the risk factors identified in the civil construction project of Nanning subway line 2 are sorted and analyzed by using fish-bone diagram and analytic hierarchy process,and the project hierarchy structure analysis chart is established.The countermeasures and measures are put forward according to the degree of risk hazard.The last part of the article summarizes the contents of this article.The construction of urban rail transit in Nanning is in full swing.At the same time,Liuzhou vigorously develops light rail.Guilin has also published the?Guilin Urban Rail Transit Network Planning?,and Wuzhou is also carrying out the compilation of urban rail transit planning.Through the study of risk management of Nanning Metro Line 2 civil construction project,we can provide ideas and e2perience for the construction of three-dimensional traffic network in other brotherly cities,and promote the coordinated development between cities.
