Since the12th five-year plan, the construction’s investment of the subway in our country is greatly increasing. Many cities have applied for subway expansion or new projects, some of them got the approval, some are still in the examination. But when cities are constructing, The accidents about the subway often happen, so we must research risk management.On the basis of the theory of risk management and the special characteristics of the civil engineering in the subway, researching its risk management of civil engineering, and mainly research the following points:(1) On the basis of methods of the risk identification in the risk management, determining participants, collect related information, risk identification, risk screening and work out risk identification reports. In allusion to civil construction of subway project, its six major risks were identified:the politics and administration risk, the contract risk, the economy risk, force majeure risk, the construction and technique risk, the management risk and personnel risk. In the line3in Nanjing metro, putting the steps of risk identification into the practical engineering. Based on the specific situation,refining six categories of risks into nineteen risks:the policy alteration risk, the transacting administrative formalities risk,the deviation of understanding contract risk, the default risk, the fund risk, the market risk, the rate of interest risk,the natural disaster risk, the unknown geography risk, the time limit for engineering risk, the shield excavation risk, the engineering investigation risk, the underground cultural relic risk, the groundwater risk, the engineering electricity risk, the lifting machine risk, the lining risk, the organization structure risk and the cooperation partner risk.(2) On the basis of the risk that identified in the civil engineering of the subway, building the steps of the risk analysis in the civil engineering of the subway. It’s summarizing risk identification’s information, determining the methods of risk analysis, quantification analysis, clearing up the quantification data of risk analysis, determining the results of risk analysis, It lists the concept and the advantages and disadvantages in various kinds of methods in risk analysis, and explains these characteristics and applicable scope. At last, we introduction the risk analysis methods in Nanjing metro line3risk analysis of civil engineering construction, we select Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to analysis risk and use the steps of risk analysis, and obtain the result of risk analysis in the practical engineering.(3) Classifying risk countermeasures in the civil engineering of the subway on the basis of six categories of risks, including of risk avoid, risk reduce, risk transfer, risk retention and so on. Through the specific results of risk analysis of Nanjing metro line3’s civil construction, it put forward corresponding countermeasures and concrete operation to deal with those risks.
