Research On Commercial Space Design Of Characteristic Industry-led University Campus

University campus commercial space has experienced a long process of development since the planned economic period.With the development of the urban area around the university campus and the guidance of regional characteristics industry,The number of consumers in the campus is increasing,while the composition of it is increasingly complex.Faced with this situation,China's campus business space has experienced rapid growth in quantity.With the increase in the number,problems like campus business planning is lagging behind,lack of business services and combination of region industry are coming up.This article will take commercial space of characteristic industry-led university campus as the research object,from the domestic and foreign cases to explore the law,combined with the design the author once did,hoping to design and post-development of such projects planning,to provide some valuable reference of the design and business model.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introductory part.This paper introduces the current situation of the theory and practice of the campus business and the actual influence of the characteristic industry on the university campus.Clear the object of this paper and the key issues.The second chapter is case study and field research.On the one hand,it explores the characteristics of the commercial space of the university campus influenced by the local characteristics industry.On the other hand,from the aspects of planning layout,building space,the use of the crowd and the commercial form,the surrounding cities have different environment,but are affected by the characteristic industry schools to conduct field research summary,to study its design and business model.The third chapter is the summary of the practice project.Project analysis on commercial space of Nanhang Jincheng collage in Zhenjiang,summed up the experience of designing commercial space in collage.The fourth chapter is the conclusion.According to the study of actual case and pracitic project,aiming at the campus commercial space guided by characteristic industry,this thesis obtains some useful experiences for future similar project design.
